Feel the fresh air, connect with your community and get active with our Spring into Motion outdoor sessions!

Spring into Motion is a six-week fitness program for women and gender-diverse individuals, starting from Monday 27 October 2025.

You can choose to take part in either our Spring into Motion Body Weight Group Fitness Class or our Spring into Motion Beginners Running Program.

Led by expert instructors, each program includes six 45-minute classes suitable for all fitness levels. It’s a great way to prioritise your health and wellbeing, meet others in your community and grow in confidence!

  • Mondays, starting 27 October for six weeks

Times

  • Body Weight Group Fitness Class: 5:30pm-6:15pm
  • Beginners Running Program: 6:30pm-7:15pm

Where:

  • Strathdale Park Sports Precinct

Prices:

  • $30.00 per program
