How to log in
First time log ins
If you are a member, you will already have an account set up.
Please use the email address you have provided us and set your password by selecting ‘Forgot password’.
This will be your password for future logins.
Creating an account
If you haven’t visited us before, or do not have an existing account with us, please visit the online customer portal. Select 'Join or book now' and follow the prompts.
Not sure if you have an account?
- Visit the online customer portal.
- Select 'Forgot password'. A new page will load.
- Type in your email.
- Select 'Submit'.
- If you have an account, you will receive a email to reset your password.
- If you do not have an account, a message will load stating 'Email address not found'.
- If your email address was not found this means there is no associated account to the email you entered. Existing members or pack holders should contact the centre to check their email address if this occurs.
- If you are neither a member or pack holder, please proceed back to the login screen and select 'Join or book now' and follow the prompts.

How to change my payment details
- Login to your online account using your email address and password.
- Select 'Account'.
- Select 'Payment settings'.
- Select the member or guest you wish to edit at the top of the screen.
- If you are paying for a student's account, the bank account sits under the responsible persons/guest account details.
- Select 'Add new payment method'.
- Select which payment method you wish to update and select 'Next'.
- Enter new details and click 'Submit'.

How to check my payments
- Login to your online account using your email address and password.
- Select 'My Accounts'.
- You will be taken to the 'Edit profile' tab.
- If you have more than one payment plan, select the member or guest you wish to edit at the top of the screen.
- If you are paying for a students account, the bank account sits under the responsible persons/guest account details.
- Update your details.
- Select 'Save Changes'.

You can access your online customer portal to update your payment details, postal address and phone number.
For all other updates please contact the centre.
- Login to your online account using your email address and password.
- Select 'Account'.
- Select the member or guest you wish to edit at the top of the screen.
- Edit your details.
- Select 'Save Changes'.
Group fitness

How to book a group fitness class online
- Login to your online account using your email address and password.
- You will automatically be directed to the 'Group Fitness' timetable which is located under 'Book'.
- Use the filter to select your service of interest i.e. group fitness.
- Select 'Book'.
- Select 'Book now'.
- Accounts with multiple payment plans will be prompted which individual they wish to register.
- Make payment (casuals only).
- Pay for a single session via credit/debit card.
Credit/debit card
- Enter your credit/debit card details.
- Make payment.
- You will receive an email confirming booking.

How to cancel your group fitness booking
- Login to your online account:
- Use your email and password.
- Cancel booking:
- Navigate to 'My Bookings'.
- Select 'Cancel Booking'.
Casuals/pack holders: Cancellations made no later than 30 minutes before your booking will result in a credit being added to your online customer account.
Credits can be found by navigating to 'Shop' and then 'My purchases'.
Bookings cannot be cancelled after your booking or less than 30 minutes prior and are not allocated a credit.

How to book a make-up lesson
If you have registered an absence, or if you lesson falls on a public holiday, you may have been allocated a make-up lesson. For eligibility please check the make-up lessons policy.
- Login to your online customer portal account:
- Visit the online customer portal
- Use your email and password.
- Choose your make-up lesson time:
- Select 'Book'
- Select 'Swimming Lessons'
- Select the toggle switch in the top left corner to 'Single/make-up lesson'
- Use the filter to select your relevant level.
- Use the timetable to find your preferred day and time.
- Select 'Book now'
- In the pop-up window select 'Book now' next to the students name
- Login to your online customer portal account:

How to change a lesson time
- Login to your online customer portal account:
- Visit the online customer portal
- Use your email and password.
- Transfer student to new class time:
- Select 'Book'
- Select 'Swimming Lessons'
- Filter by Activity type 'Swimming Lessons'
- Filter by level required for example 'Goldfish'
- Find day and time required.
- Click 'Enrol now'
- Next to the students name click 'Transfer here'
- Select the group you wish to transfer from
- Select 'Next'
- Confirm changes made:
- Select 'Confirm transfer'
- Login to your online customer portal account:

How to change levels (progressed after an assessment)
Once you have been assessed and have received a progression notice you are able to enrol into a new class with your new level online.
- Login to your online customer portal account:
- Visit the online customer portal.
- Use your email and password.
- Transfer student to new class time:
- Select 'Book'.
- Select 'Swimming Lessons'.
- Filter by Activity type 'Swimming Lessons'.
- Filter by level required for example 'Goldfish'.
- Find day and time required.
- Click 'Enrol now'.
- Next to the students name click 'Transfer here'.
- Select the group you wish to transfer from.
- Select 'Next'.
- Confirm changes made:
- Select 'Confirm transfer'.
- Login to your online customer portal account:

How to check assessment feedback
- Login to your online customer portal account:
- Visit the online customer portal.
- Use your email and password.
- View assessment:
- Select 'My Account'.
- Select 'Skills'.
- Select which student you would like to view the skills for by using the drop down box.

How to register a swimming lesson absence
- Login to your online customer portal account:
- Visit the online customer portal.
- Use your email and password.
- Navigate to your class and register absence:
- Select 'My Bookings'.
- Select the class date you are absent.
- Select 'Manage Bookings'.
- Select 'Register an absence' next to the students name.
- Select 'Confirm Cancellation'
If you are eligible you will receive a make-up lesson token to book at a more convenient time. Make-up lessons have a 90-day expiry from the date of absentee notification. See 'How to book a make-up lesson'

How to buy a full access or aquatic membership online
- Select your membership of interest - follow the list of available options.
- Once you have selected your membership, please register your details, create your password.
- Select 'Next'.
- Check your summary, complete the membership agreement and select 'Next'.

Make payment:
- Select your preferred payment method (bank details or credit card/debit card) for your contract and select 'Next'.

Please note, these details you enter will be linked to your contract for all future payments. You can change your payment details in the future using your online customer portal

- Enter your bank details.
- You will be taken to the payment gateway to make your initial payment which will need to be made by a credit/debit card.
- Make payment.
Credit/debit card:
- Enter your credit/debit card details.
- Make payment.
- Contract confirmation.
You will receive an email confirming that you are now a member with your contract attached.
Visit us to collect your membership access card and ask us any questions you may have.
Please note that Active Adults memberships and youth memberships are not available to buy online.

How to enrol in swimming lessons online
To enrol your child or someone who you are a guardian for:
- Create Responsible Person/Guest Account:
- Visit the online customer portal.
- Select 'Swimming Lessons'.
- Select 'Create Free Guest Account'.
- Select 'Next'.
- Complete your (the responsible parent/guardian) details.
- Select 'Create account'.
- Select 'Customer portal' to be taken to the Swimming Lessons timetable.
- Add a Student:
- You should be automatically directed to the Swimming Lessons timetable. If you cannot see the timetable select 'Book' and 'Swimming Lessons'.
- In the top right select the 'Add a student'.
- Complete the student details.
- Determine your level (students must complete a level assessment to enrol in a day and time):
- Select the Swimming Lessons Category to start the self-assessment .
- Answer questions.
- Your level will be assigned.
- Select 'Next' to receive confirmation that you student account has been created.
- Select 'Select day and time' to be taken to the Swimming Lessons timetable for your allocated level.
- Enrol into your class day and time:
- Search and select your class day and time. These will be filtered to your allocated level.
- Select 'enrol now'.
- In the pop-up window, select 'enrol now' for the student you wish to enrol in this class.
- Make payment:
- Select your payment plan.
- Complete the agreement of terms and conditions.
- Select your preferred payment method (bank details or credit card/debit card) for your contract and select 'next'.
