Outdoor personal training available from Tuesday 28 September 2021.

We’re excited to release outdoor personal training, in response to the easing of some government restrictions.

Please note that in line with government restrictions all sessions will be held outside and there may be restricted availability on booking times. All bookings are required in advance and a member of our team will reach out to discuss this with you further upon receiving your expression of interest in this service.

Due to the current health restrictions, we require all visitors to make a booking prior to attending the centre.

Due to demand and capacity restrictions, we know that we may not be able to accommodate everyone interested in booking a session and will continue to work on methods of making the booking process as equitable as possible. If all available slots have been booked, you will receive the message 'Sorry, there is currently no availability'.

Unfortunately our team is unable to amend or place bookings over the phone if we are already fully booked. We ask that you please only contact us regarding bookings if you are having technical difficulties or are unable to use the online system.

If spaces are fully booked, we encourage you to continue to try and book for a future date as more sessions are released daily. We look forward to a greater easing of restrictions when we can welcome more of the community back and thank you for your patience and understanding.

Personal Training has never been more personalised and you’ve never been better equipped to achieve your goals. Work with your very own personal trainer, enjoy the use of state-of-the-art technology and learn more about yourself than you’ve ever known before. We offer 30-minute personal training sessions in a one-on-one, one-on-two or small group setting.

  • Personal training sessions

    During your initial session, your personal trainer will:

    • Assess your level of fitness
    • Understand what you want to achieve
    • Identify your preferred activities.

    With ongoing training, your personal trainer will:

    • Develop an individualised program for you
    • Work with you to provide support and keep you motivated
    • Ensure you learn the correct form and technique
    • Monitor and measure your progress over time
    • Adjust your training program to keep you interested and challenged.
  • Small group training sessions

    We offer small group personal training with 2-6 participants per session. You are welcome to gather your friends together to create a small group for personal training. Small Group Training sessions can include:

    • Aqua Aerobics
    • Boxing
    • Circuit training
    • Outdoor Fitness
    • Strength Training for Power and Tone
    • Stretching and Relaxation
    • Functional Training
    • High Intensity Training
