On Wednesday 23 November 2022, Peter Krenz Leisure Centre will bring you an online customer portal. Each member will have their very own personalised account where you can: book classes online; manage your membership and lessons; and more.
The online customer portal is a huge development in the history of Peter Krenz Leisure Centre, which we know many of you have been waiting for, and we are so proud to bring it to you.
What can I do in the online customer portal?
Gym & Swim members
With your online customer portal, Gym & Swim members will be able to:
- book online – easily view your group fitness class or personal training session, check availability and book;
- manage your membership – update your details, see your membership details, or suspend online;
- make online purchases – visit the online shop to purchase personal training packs or single sessions.
Swimming lessons
The new online customer portal means that you will be able to:
- check or change your swimming lesson time;
- manage your membership – update and check your details;
- manage online assessments – check your progression reports;
- register your absence and book make-up lessons.
Pass holders
If you are a pass holder, the online customer portal will enable you to:
- check the number of visits left on your pass;
- purchase a new pass online;
- view and update your details.
Direct debits
Peter Krenz Leisure Centre will continue to process your direct debits each fortnight. There are no hidden fees for this new service. The online customer portal will simply provide you with greater flexibility, convenience and more options to connect with us.
Due to our system change, the reference on your bank statement from the debit on Tuesday 29 November 2022 may be slightly different from previous transactions.
Updating your email address
In order to use the online customer portal, you'll need an up-to-date email address. You can update your email at reception or call us.
Where can I find support with the online customer portal?
We understand that this new feature can feel overwhelming. That’s why we will have online guides and staff support to help you navigate the new system. We will release more information on how to use the online customer portal on Wednesday 23 November 2022.
